How much does a still image / Rendering cost and who influences the price. Part 2/2

VALORIZATION OF STRATEGIES - ON IMAGE OR PROJECT
1.) ON PICTURES
With per-image prices, you will be charged a fixed price on the rendered image. This type of pricing is based on the fact that most projects require multiple renderings. The rendering company probably loses money in the first row, but makes it back on subsequent renderings.
Price per image is generally a strategy to produce the rendering service. Allows the advertiser to offer a value for an ad or a 20% discount for the first line. Be sure to read the fine print of these offers, as there may be terms such as size restrictions (square images) or restrictions on the number of revisions.
2.) PER PROJECT / STAGE QUALITY
For this type of pricing, you generally send a company the details of your project and send you a personalized quote based on your needs. We may be biased because this is how we quote, but for most projects we consider it to be the better for the customer. We believe that all projects are unique and the needs of all clients are unique. In many cases, we have found creative ways to attract our customers to what they need, while keeping projects within a certain budget.
WHEN DO YOU USE PROFIT ON IMAGE OR PROJECT?
At Dizainoid we don't feel that the price per image reflects most of our customers' needs, but the exception is if you only need one render. This way you can take advantage of the lost time and save some money. Remember that you get what you pay for: if I know I'm losing money, it might reflect on you and your project.
DIFFERENT ARCHITECTURAL PRICE POINTS 3D PRICES - € 99 UP TO € 10,000
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
- BEST PRICE PER RENDER: € 99 - € 250 FOR IMAGES
With globally available 3D rendering technology, the cost associated with 3D rendering can fluctuate dramatically. Many architectural rendering firms in less developed countries are able to produce inexpensive options for creating 3D images, taking advantage of more relaxed regulations and cheap labor. Often, collaborating with 3D companies abroad can generate a number of problems related to language barriers, time zone problems, stylistic differences and, in general, the final quality tends to be lower. This does not mean that there are no amazing 3D artists around the world, however, many of these companies that offer the lower price focus on large quantities, as opposed to high quality. Having architectural images created by a company that offers prices from $ 80- $ 250 per image, it should be reserved when the purpose of the project is simply to conceptualize the ideas and projects for a personal project. Many of our customers have previously tried their luck using the low-end pricing option just to achieve "get what they pay for" and have come to us.
When the project budget is the only cause for concern, the final quality and personal time spent managing the small project is not an issue.
Search misleading portfolios:
Do the images show that the client's projects are realistic or were they created to make a portfolio look good?
Do they have 5 or 6 beautiful rows followed by many very bad rows?
Are there only small images that cannot be enlarged?
Are the details there?
Elegant interior design and detailed furniture
What are the possible hidden costs?
Are higher resolution fees charged?
What does it charge for additional revisions?
What is their hourly rate?
How long have they been in business?
Do they have a physical address?
BEST PRICE PER RENDER: 250 € - 400 €
This price range is one step up from the bottom of the barrel price bar, as it is usually a slightly more professional experience. Images are more predictable because the company offering them is more likely to be more stable (not always the case). Although these architectural renderings are usually can serve many applications, they are by no means "works of art". This type of rendering is ideal for homeowners and very small projects. This image quality is not usually used for a sales brochure or any marketing material.
THE TIME WHEN THE BEST PRICE IS THE LOWEST
When the budget for the project is the main concern, the final quality is not of the utmost importance
The overall aim of the project is to obtain approval from the regulatory bodies that it can also use for basic style planning.
When you are a homeowner looking to plan your renovation and don't mind investing your time in "holding" to explain the basics
Do they have a large portfolio with a project that looks like it was made for real clients?
Will design style be an issue?
They offer additional quality beyond the set price option or are simply at higher prices
BEST PRICE PER RENDER - GOOD VALUE: € 400 - € 1500
Central pricing is the most common option for developers, architects, realtors and designers. They tend to offer the best combination of quality and value. That being said, the price alone is not enough to determine if the quality of the inks will be worth the time for your specific applications. It is important to dig deep into a 3D portfolio of the rendering company, to request images similar to the future project, beyond what is presented on their website.
For the average customer, it can be a challenge to differentiate between "good" and "good" performance without having a direct comparison. The best way to evaluate the quality of the rendering is to look at a site and take a look at how your direct competitor's interpretations appear alongside the company you are analyzing. At least you should be able to say that the image of the company you are analyzing is better or not.
THE TIMES WHEN THE AVERAGE PRICE LEVEL PER RANADRE APPLIES
Your time is limited:
The purpose of the offer is sales, design planning, regulatory approval or conceptualization
A few thousand dollars are not very much in the big picture:
Could there be more beautiful images to help you sell faster?
Could you persuade a client or a regulatory committee to continue?
High End Renders € 1500 - € 10,000 (We do NOT have it in our portfolio yet)
The price of 3D High End rendering is usually reserved for large, established corporations, where value is important, but high quality takes precedence. These renderings are not for your everyday customer, as most budgets do not allow for more exuberant prices, however, when you plan to market a new store or supermarket, the branding and perception is massive. Tens of thousands on a $ 100 million project is just a cup of water in a bucket, especially when these images may be responsible for hundreds of pressures or could be the difference between approval and rejection. One of the common benchmarks used in describing how a customer would want their marketing images to look is "I want to be like Apple."
TIME WHEN THE CALCULATION OF VALUES IS BEST:
You are a top professional and want to work with top professionals. Tens of thousands of expenses will not exceed the budget. The purpose of rendering is sales, design planning, regulatory approval or conceptualization, but on a large scale If you are an architect, a developer, a real estate agent, a designer, but your project needs to turn your head and be the better by a wide margin. When you are willing to pay to work with the best companies in the industry.
